Sienna is an applied sociologist creating partnerships for the prevention of gender-based violence and enabling young people to foster positive, respectful relationships. As a facilitator supporting schools to apply a ‘gender lens’, she builds the capacity of school leaders to embed models of respectful relationships across whole-school initiatives. Sienna is a lead member of the Young Women’s Advisory Group of the Equality Rights Alliance, advocating for sexuality and respectful relationships education that is informed by and meets the needs of young women.
